Tuesday Stillness Series: Start your day with intention, calm, and connection
Join Paula Catalan Bayon, therapist and group facilitator, for a 20-minute guided meditation designed to gently ground your body, center your mind, and help you face the day with clarity. This space is open to current and former clients who wish to cultivate presence and resilience through a consistent mindfulness practice.
