Therapy
for Adults

When Stress, Disconnection, or Uncertainty Start to Weigh You Down

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected?

You may be navigating anxiety, relationship stress, burnout—or just sensing that something isn’t right. When emotional patterns start to impact your work, health, or relationships, it’s okay to reach out. You don’t need a crisis to benefit from therapy.

How can therapy help you?

  • Adult therapy offers space to untangle your thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change.

  • We help clients manage anxiety, heal from trauma, set boundaries, and move through transitions with clarity and confidence.

What to expect in therapy for adults

Sessions at 3Elements last 60 minutes and are tailored to your emotional needs, life experiences, and goals. Therapy helps you identify patterns, strengthen boundaries, and build emotional resilience.

Depending on your focus, sessions may include:

  • Exploring past experiences that impact current behaviors

  • Navigating relationships, boundaries, and self-worth

  • Developing tools for anxiety, grief, or stress

Whether short-term or ongoing, your therapist offers consistent, compassionate support as you work toward meaningful change.

We also offer a specialized service within individual therapy: the Personal Psychodrama Intensive. This unique format provides deeper therapeutic work for long-standing emotional blocks.

Personal Psychodrama Intensive

An Experiential, Team-Based Approach to Healing Deep Emotional Wounds

The Personal Psychodrama Intensive is a three-hour, one-on-one therapeutic session for individuals ready to explore deeply rooted emotional struggles—especially those tied to unresolved trauma, rigid patterns, and internal resistance to change.

Individual therapy intensive—client engaging in deep emotional exploration with focused therapist support

The service is provided by a team of professionals:

Led by Paula Catalan Bayon, a psychodrama therapist and clinical director, the session includes the support of a dedicated team of four clinicians: Paula as the director and three trained psychodrama auxiliaries. Each team member is specifically trained to embody roles that mirror the client’s internal world or significant relationships, creating a powerful, action-based therapeutic space

How does a Personal Psychodrama Intensive look like?

Using psychodramatic techniques, this intensive helps clients:

  • Revisit and repair formative experiences held in the body and nervous system

  • Externalize internal conflicts that feel stuck or unspoken

  • Expand their role repertoire and relational capacity

  • Bring unconscious emotional material into conscious awareness

  • Shift from trauma-based responses to more adaptive, grounded ways of relating to self and others

This experiential method allows for real-time insight and emotional transformation, engaging the mind, body, and spirit in a process that talk therapy alone often cannot reach.

When to Consider Therapy as an Adult

Therapy may support you if you're experiencing:

  • Persistent anxiety, stress, or emotional numbness

  • Difficulties with relationships or family dynamics

  • Major life transitions (e.g., divorce, career change, loss)

  • Low self-esteem, guilt, or shame

  • Unprocessed trauma or painful memories

  • Feeling stuck despite “having it all together”
